I love workshops! My short information-packed workshops focus on a specific area of practice to deepen your understanding and immerse yourself in a selected topic or theme.
The workshop on Home Practice is a valuable one. We look at categories of poses, how to set up and approach poses and their alternatives, and how to sequence poses to gain a certain effect. There is some theory but it's mostly practical so wear your yoga gear.
Please bring your own mat, if you have one. Arrive 10 mins before the workshop to get settled and bring a water bottle and pen and paper to take notes. We start at 1.30pm but arrive a few minutes beforehand.
