Yoga for Children 3-6yrs
Welcome to our classes for children 3-6yrs where we have some healthy fun exploring yoga, learning to focus, and learning to relax and be still for a few quiet minutes.
During the yoga class, Fiona will guide your child/children through a story using imagination, yoga poses, and some props. They will travel to fun destinations like a cave, a rainforest, or over the rolling seas. It's an interactive class which is loads of fun!
