Pranayama Workshop 3-5pm Saturday 8 February
Fiona has a great commitment to regular pranayama practice and is excited about imparting her knowledge of the ancient practice of channelling energy through the breath. If you would like to learn some background or consolidate your knowledge on the theory and practice of Pranayama, this 2 hr workshop is for you. Pranayama is an ancient and subtle art that is best learnt through practice. Fiona will go through some of the muscles used whilst breathing and performing pranayama, as well as the techniques, focus and awareness required to settle the nervous system and bring about a feeling of wellness and peace.
It will have you ready for the 9 week Pranayama Led Practice in the studio each Friday from 6.45am-7.30am commencing on 14 February. Students of all levels are invited to attend. All students welcome.
