General Level Online

Hello and Welcome!

This is a General Level class for students who have some yoga experience.  This class can cater for students from beginners to experienced.  We ask that all students work to their individual capacity.  We work on creating a solid foundation and level of knowledge more than attaining flexibility or perfection.

Have your device charged, and the Zoom app downloaded and you will be sent the link 20-30 mins before the class starts.  Please make sure you are MUTED when you come into the class.
