Experienced Level Online

Hello and Welcome!  This is a 90 minute class for students with at least 2yrs Iyengar experience.  The class includes inversions and asanas that require a strong foundation and a home practice.  Contact Tricia before enrolling this class.

Have you device charged, the Zoom app downloaded and you will be sent the link 30 mins before the class starts.  Please make sure you are MUTED when you come into the class.
