Hello and Welcome!
Developing/Intermediate Practitioners have a solid foundation in Yoga and are now learning principles of philosophy, how to practice with awareness and working towards a more reflective practice. This level requires approximately 12 months experience of Iyengar Yoga or the equivalent.

Bring your own mat if you have one.
Please note that you can book/cancel your classes 1hr before the start time. If you don't make it to class and fail to cancel the class, the system will automatically take that class. All passes have an expiry date and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
