Our classes run throughout the year and we offer a number of class levels and passes to suit individual students. We encourage a steady and consistent approach to the practice of Yoga. We reward regular attendance through discounted passes and memberships. We teach yoga for EVERYbody and we welcome all students. Classes are currently held both online and in the studio, and you can book for either. There is a separate class slot in the schedule for each.
NOTE: If you are a new student or haven't been to class in the last 6 months, please fill in the enrolment form.
If you have any injuries or concerns, always notify your teacher.
Click on the class you wish to book and it will ask you to create an account (if you don't already have one). Then, purchase a pass or a membership, and reserve your place in the class. Classes can be booked or cancelled up to one hour before start time.
