Hello and welcome to our online community for a 90 minute Gentle Iyengar Yoga class with Sharon.
This class is a slow paced but consistent class suitable for students who are stiff, elderly or wishing to take things a little more quietly.
Have you device charged, the Zoom app downloaded and you will be sent the link 30 mins before the class starts. Please make sure you are MUTED when you come into the class.
