Short, focused, targeted, and done with awareness. This class is taught online and targets a specific area or theme each time. For example, we might focus on hips in one class, hamstrings in another. Other areas of focus include shoulders, arms, abdominals, meditation, breathing, or a particular theme.
This class is great if you are short on time but still wish to practice.
