The January Intensive is held each year and allows students to start the New Year with a fresh commitment to the practice of 🧘 Yoga. Early morning 90min sessions start at 6.30am on weekdays and the evening sessions run from 5.45-7.15pm.
Weekend sessions run from 8.00-10.00am and 4.30-6.00pm in the evenings. Students needs to have completed at least 6 months of yoga to attend. There are also options to attend fewer sessions. Contact the studio for details.
