Designed for students with little or no experience of Yoga. These classes are run over two separate days. They are ideal for those wishing to 'try yoga'. We work from the ground up to create a strong foundation. The Classes work through some of the basic yoga poses (asanas), posture, alignment of the muscular-skeletal body, and how to practice with awareness. We finish each class with a relaxation segment which will leave you feeling energized and grounded. Students learn how to use the equipment to support their learning, particularly if working with an injured area. If you haven't practised yoga before, this is the best place to start. You don't have to be flexible or anything else! You just need to start!
Please bring a towel to place over your equipment. Bring your own mat and any other equipment you have. This will help us keep our environment safe.
If you don't have your own equipment, you can use ours and clean it after the class.
