Welcome to Self Care Saturday! This class is a General Level class that offers yoga, relaxation, meditation and breathing to balance the systems of the body. We will work with these disciplines, and others, to nurture a relaxed, grounded state that puts us in the best place to experience joy and connection in our daily lives.
Please arrive 10mins before the class starts. Bring your own mat and a towel. If you have a belt, block and blanket, please bring these also to keep our studio safe.
