Hello there and welcome to Beginner Level Classes online!  This is where you go after doing a class or two of Yoga Basics, or have little or no Yoga experience.  This level is also suitable for students who have less than 12 months experience of Yoga.  Here we develop the basic poses and work with the skill of observation.  Each week the teacher takes you through a sequence of poses (called asanas) which include standing poses, seated poses, twists, and some simple inversions.  This gives you a solid foundation across all the categories of poses and allows you to have the confidence to monitor your yoga practice around injuries and tight areas of the body.  If you haven't practiced Iyengar Yoga before, we recommend you start at this level.

Have you device charged, the Zoom app downloaded and you will be sent the link 30 mins before the class starts.  Please make sure you are MUTED when you come into the class.  

This class is nonrefundable and nontransferable if you miss the class.
