We all need a plan and the New Year offers us a clean slate and a new beginning. This is an excellent time to make a plan for the coming 12 months.

In this 90-minute workshop we will start with a short meditation and then use a simple technique to assess what areas of our lives need attention and where we should focus our energies. This technique is simple and helps to create goals that are visual, measurable and realistic.
