Pop Up Led Practice Online

Hello and welcome!  Thank you for making this commitment to your practice.

Led Practice is for students with a good foundation at beginner level and up.  Here students take steps towards working independently, but within a group.  The practice is led by a teacher or a fellow student (leader).    The asanas are called and demonstrated by the leader and everyone follows their lead.  All students work to their individual capacity, adjusting their timings and taking support where necessary.
