Designed for students with little or no experience of Yoga. These classes are run over a weekend before the start of each term. They are ideal for those wising to 'try yoga'. The Classes work through some of the basic yoga poses (asanas), posture, alignment of the muscular-skeletal body, and how to practice with awareness. We finish each class with a relaxation segment which will leave you feeling energized and grounded. Students learn how to use the equipment to support their learning, particularly if working with an injured area. If you haven't practiced yoga before, this is the best place to start.
Please bring a towel to place over your equipment. Bring your own mat and any other equipment you have. This will help us keep our environment safe. PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINS BEFORE THE CLASS.
If you don't have your own equipment, you can use ours and clean it after the class.
