Welcome to Yoga for children 7-12yrs.
Tricia and Fiona will guide your child/children through a story using imagination, yoga poses, and some props. They will explore their range of movement and balance. They will learn to cultivate focus and awareness of the breath, as well as how to relax and be still. It will be loads of fun!
If you wish to join your child for the session, please purchase a separate kidult pass.
