A perfect way to start the day with clarity and balance. These led sessions are suitable for students with 3 months asana experience. Fiona will explain the set up and give basic instructions for each Pranayama. Essentially you will be doing your own practice with guidance. It's a great opportunity to be in the practice, learning to watch the breath without interruption.
It is desirable to have a mat, a block and at least one blanket. You are able to use this pass for the studio or online session. Come into the session or studio a few minutes early and set up in Supta Baddha Konasa to get settled before the session starts. If you are participating online, have your device set up and ready to go 15 minutes before the start of class. The link will be emailed to you 20 minutes before the class starts.
