We all need time to relax and recalibrate on a regular basis.  Taking time to be still and present is necessary to keep the nervous system, immune system and our brains functioning happily.  Join me to give yourself the time to let go of the pressures of daily life and feel grounded and energised.

Arrive 10 mins before the class and bring your own mat if you have one.
