Intensive 19-22 January 2024
Intensives are a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the practice of yoga, not only to learn more about the subject of Yoga, but also to learn how Yoga can influence the way you see the world and the choices you make. Intensives are traditionally practised over a number of days with early morning sessions and sometimes evening sessions.
I always recommend that students do all sessions but I will give a few options to allow flexibility. The details for the Intensive are:
Friday 19 January 6.00-7.30pm
Saturday 20 January 8.30-10.30am and 3.30-5.00pm
Sunday 21 January 8.30-10.30am and 3.30-5.00pm
Sunday 21 January 8.30-10.30am and 3.30-5.00pm
Monday 6.30-8.00am and 6.00-7.30pm
Cost:
6 sessions - $240
5 sessions - $220
4 sessions - $200
