Hello and welcome to the Studio for a 90 minute Gentle Iyengar Yoga class with Sharon.

This class is a slow-paced but consistent class suitable for students who are stiff, elderly or wishing to take things a little more quietly.  

I am asking all students to bring their own mat and a towel to keep everyone safe.  If you are new to yoga you can use one of our mats in the short term.  This will help us keep our environment safe.
