Hello and welcome to the Studio for a 75 minute Gentle Iyengar Yoga class with Sharon.

This class is a slow-paced but consistent class suitable for students who are stiff, elderly or wishing to take things a little more quietly.  

Bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise you can use one of ours.
