Hello and Welcome! This class is designed for beginner-level students and progress methodically and steadily. You will learn the basic poses, as well as work on your posture and alignment. There is a relaxation segment at the conclusion of each class, which makes the effort all worthwhile!
Roll out your mat, have your device charged, the Zoom app downloaded. You will be sent the link 30 mins before the class starts. Please make sure you are MUTED when you come into the class.
