This pass is for 6 Led Practice Sessions from on Friday 17, 24 and 31 October and Friday 7, 21 and 28 November. There is no Pranayama session on 14 November due to the Iyengar Yoga Convention that all teachers will be attending.
Pranayama is a perfect way to start the day with clarity and balance. These led sessions are suitable for students with 3 months asana experience. Fiona will explain the set-up and give basic instructions for each Pranayama. Essentially, you will be doing your own practice with instructions and guidance from Fiona. It's a great opportunity to be in the practice, learning to watch the breath without interruption.
Come into the studio a few minutes early and set up in Supta Baddha Konasa to get settled before the session starts.
The class will have you feeling calm and ready for the day ahead.
