Reinvigorate your practice with this 5-day KickStart designed for student with at least six months experience. Each evening focuses on a key theme - developing stability, balance, mobility, and clarity through alignment, integration and mindful progression. The program builds gradually through the week, helping you reconnect with strength and steadiness, as well as encouraging stillness.
Join all five sessions and enjoy a complmentary Saturday class to integrate the week's learning and leave feeling refreshed and inspired. Fiona and Kim will bring their knowledge enthusiasm to help you get back on the mat after the Christmas festivities.
