The January Intensive Pass enables you to come along to all 6 sessions. The times and dates of the Intensive are below:
Thursday 29 January 5.45-7.15pm
Friday 30 January 6.30-8.00am and 5.45-7.15pm
Saturday 31 January 8.00-10.00am and 4.00-5.30pm
Sunday 1 February 8.00-10.00am.
During the morning sessions we will be doing asana and the evenings will be devoted to quiet work ie restoratives or pranayama/meditation. The Intensive is always a great opportunity to devote yourself to the practice of yoga where we can explore asana and pranayama in more depth.
