A perfect way to start the day with clarity and balance. These sessions are progressive and look at set-ups and various pranayamas. Fiona will explain the pranayama, and how to set up, and then call the timings. All you need to do is listen and then follow along. Suitable for experienced students and beginner students with 3 months of experience.
Come into the session or studio a few minutes early and set up in Supta Baddha Konasa to get settled before we start.
